Tour Plan

05:30 – 06:00 | Pick-up from Arusha

Early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through northern Tanzania.

09:00 | Arrive at Ngorongoro Crater

Enter the conservation area and continue toward the crater viewpoint, where you can enjoy panoramic views before descending into the crater.

09:30 – 15:30 | Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive

Descend into the crater for an extended game drive. Explore the crater floor in search of wildlife, including lions, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, elephants, hippos, hyenas, and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. You will also have time for a picnic lunch at a designated picnic site.

15:30 | Ascend from the Crater

After the game drive, begin the ascent from the crater and leave the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

18:00 – 19:00 | Return to Arusha

Continue the drive back to Arusha and arrive at your hotel in the evening.
