Your safari begins with pickup from your Nairobi hotel in the morning. Drive towards the Masai Mara, with a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for spectacular scenery and photographs.
Continue to the Masai Mara and arrive at your luxury lodge or tented camp in time for lunch. After check-in and some relaxation, enjoy an afternoon game drive through the reserve.
Look out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs and other wildlife as you explore the beautiful savannah. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive when wildlife is particularly active. Search for predators such as lions, leopards and cheetahs while enjoying the spectacular morning light over the Mara plains.
Return for breakfast or continue with your morning exploration before setting out for a full-day game drive. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness and continue exploring different sections of the reserve.
The Masai Mara offers excellent opportunities to see the Big Five and a wide variety of plains game and birdlife. During the migration season, you may also have the opportunity to witness large herds of wildebeest and zebra, although river crossings and specific migration sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Enjoy an early morning game drive for one final opportunity to spot wildlife in the Mara. Return to the lodge for breakfast and check out.
Begin your journey back to Nairobi, enjoying the changing scenery along the way. Depending on your onward travel arrangements, you can be dropped at your Nairobi hotel, airport or another agreed location.
